Miss Hanuabada Hanenamo Serah Vani, 21 yrs old is the 2019 Hiri Queen.
Miss Hanuabada was crowned this afternoon at Era Kone in front of thousands.
She received K20, 000.00 scholarship from the Miss Pacific Island Pageant, three thousand kina grand price, five hundred kina Brain Bell voucher, and a free return ticket from PNG Air to any domestic destination.
Miss Elevala Hanenamoa Bonnie Vaihere was crowned runner up, with two thousand kina, five hundred kina free voucher to brian bell, and a free return ticket from PNG Air to any domestic destination.
Miss Elevala Hanenamo Nao Boga was crowned Miss Hetura, with one thousand five hundred kina, five hundred kina free voucher from brian bell, and free return ticket from PNG Air to any domestic destination.
All the contestants took one thousand kina each, with all their tattooist.
Motu Koitabu Chairman Dadi Toka Jnr told FM100 news that the new Assembly aims to lift the standard of this tradition with the inclusion of education scholarships in order to shape the future better for motu koitabu girls.
The crowning was witness by thousands who turned up for the event this afternoon.
