Students attending the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) in Port Moresby are encouraged to buy books from the bookshop.
UPNG bookshop supervisor Noel Sakora says, variety of books are now available and will be useful for students learning.
Over 600 books are received from different publishers in PNG and abroad
every year that include periodicals, textbooks, journals among others.
Mr Sakora says currently on display were books written by the
University's academic staff and professors from the school of law,
science, school of medicine, humanities and social sciences and school
of business.
Meantime, he urged students to purchase books and read more as it would go a long way in their studies.
